Good Morning All. Fantastic site by the way, and John, thankyou for your email return.
I found this book on ebay (by DIXON, T.B. 'The Enemy Fought Splendidly: Being the 1914-15 diary of the Battle of the Falklands & its aftermath by Surgeon T.B. Dixon R.N.V.R. of H.M.S. Kent'). Has anyone else read it? It gives a good account of day by day life on the Kent by one of her surgeons during the Battle of the Falklands. I have a copy but my Father has it at the moment. My Grannies Step Father was Lieutenant James Marshall who served on the Kent in WW1.
